The ideal candidate will have significant experience:
Scaling a technology sales org
Contributing to the growth and development of a sales operations team
Superior communication skills to work across the most senior stakeholders.
This role will focus on creating a strategy for target setting and demand generation teams. Working in close partnership with Sales Operations and Marketing leaders globally you will:
Determine KPIs for measuring Sales productivity
Identify driver metrics like activities, pipeline creation, conversion, and average sales price
Partner with Marketing to drive top of the funnel metrics and monitor SLAs on time spent in each stage
