What we do

Where strategy, finance and go-to-market meet.

Engage us as an interim CFO, a fundraising partner, or for a focused workstream — from early stage through Series A–C and beyond.

01

Financial Models & KPI Dashboards

Driver-based operating models, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, Magic Number) and board reporting built for investor-grade diligence.

02

Capital Strategy & Fundraising

Round narrative, dataroom, investor model and runway scenarios — and investor relations from first call to close.

03

GTM Alignment

Quota design, pipeline methodology, pricing and comp plans tied to growth — so sales and marketing pull toward the same number.

04

Operational Planning & Process

Budgeting and forecasting, finance and RevOps stack, and the processes that bring institutional discipline at startup speed.

How we work

The work is always the same.

Get in early, build the model, align the team, and go raise capital.

1

Get in early

Partner directly with the founder to understand the business, the data and where it needs to go.

2

Build the model

One source of truth for plan, runway and revenue — the backbone of board planning and the investor story.

3

Align the team

Quotas, pipeline, pricing and comp tied to the plan, with KPIs everyone can see.

4

Raise capital

Narrative, dataroom and diligence that hold up with top-tier investors, through to close.
